Mark as Unread

Need to come back to a message later? You can now mark Messages, Partient Cards and comments in the Case and Team chat as unread.

How to Mark a Message or Patient Card Unread

For Messages or Patient Cards:

  1. Hover over the message or card.

  2. Click the arrow to expand options.

  3. Select the “Mark as Unread” icon.

For Case & Team Chat:

  1. Open the Case or Team chat.

  2. Hover over a message or the activity log.

  3. Click the “Mark as Unread” icon.

🔒 Only case creators or claimers can do this.

Good to Know

  • It won’t track which message or activity log was marked in a Case. It simply flags the whole Case 

  • Once you mark it unread, you’ll be taken away from the chat (so you don’t instantly re-mark it as read).
