The Organisation's Settings are only available for Organisation administrators.
Under the Settings you have access to three tabs:
General Tab:
New Members
- Invite Only: if enabled, users must be invited to join the Organisation - except for those whose email domain matches the Pre-Approved Email Domain field.
- Pre-Approved Email Domain: If a domain has been added here (e.g. @medico.com), all users with this email domain will be prompted to join the Organisation. They will then need to click on "Join".
- Auto-Approval for Matching Domains: New or existing users with matching email domain can join this organisation without approval. If this is not ticked, the Organisation admin will need to approve the new member even though they have a matching email domain.
Direct Registration: By sharing this link with new users, they will be prompted to join their Organisation. This feature serves a similar purpose as the Pre-Approved Email Domain, but it specifically caters to Organisation members who may not have an email address provided by the Organisation (for example, users who are using their personal email address). You can easily share the link with new users by embedding it in emails or documents, allowing for seamless invitation extensions to Foxo.

Reports Tab:
Download member metrics (Member Activity Reporting): You can now download detailed metrics on your organisation's members. The report includes information on all members, such as their last login, monthly and weekly user activity, and the teams they belong to.
