Creating and Deleting Teams

Foxo Teams are embedded within an Organisation and enable role based communication and Case Management. They are typically structured around roles, (sub-)specialties, or locations to reflect operational needs.

❗You will need to have admin access for your Organisation to be able to create or delete Teams. Please contact Foxo Help in Foxo (Go to Messages > search for Foxo Help > send us a Message) or contact us here

Creating a Team

  1. Go to your Organisation
  2. Make sure you're on the Teams tab.
  3. Click Create Team

4. Fill in the required fields (see settings below)

Deleting a Team

  1. Go to your Organisation
  2. Make sure you're on the Teams tab.
  3. Navigate to the Team you'd like to delete and click on the bin icon.

4. Enter the Team name and click Delete
