Retract Cases Sent to the Wrong Team or Person
You can retract Cases that were sent to the wrong Team or individual which will immediately remove their access.
🔄 Steps to Retract and Reassign a Case:
1. Go to the Case that was send to the wrong receiver by navigating to the Sent Cases tab.
2. Click the drop-down menu in the top right corner of the Case to expand the section.
3. Here you see the Team(s) or Individual(s) with access to the Case. Remove the incorrect recipient by clicking the x icon next to the Team or individual you want to remove.
4. You'll be asked to confirm by clicking Yes. This will immediately remove their access.
5. Scroll to the bottom of the Case and add the correct Team or person to send it to.
💡All actions are automatically logged in the Case Log for full transparency.
