Foxo’s "Connect'' module enables a secure 1-click communication channel from your external network (patients & referrers) into your business. No app, no setup required.

 

💡 Overview: What Are Connect Modules?

The Connect modules are a powerful feature integrated into a Foxo Team (accessible via Team Settings) that enable secure, seamless communication between your team and external parties like patients or referrers. Here’s what they do:

  1. Secure Chat Link

    Generate a secure chat link that can be embedded into reports, websites, or converted into a QR code for easy access.
  2. Identity Verification

    Verify patient or referrer identities using customisable identifiers, which can be set as optional or mandatory based on your requirements.
  3. Enhanced Communication Tools

    Support for secure file uploads.
    Outbound voice and video call capabilities for real-time interactions.
  4. Complete Communication History

    All chat interactions, files, and communications are securely saved for future reference and auditing.
  5. Flexible Chat Functionality

    Supports both synchronous (real-time) and asynchronous (delayed) communication to fit varying workflows.
    Users are notified via text of any missed activity in the chat, ensuring nothing gets overlooked.

Patient Connect

Simply embed the secure chat URL on your website or promote a QR code published across marketing assets (business cards, flyers etc) for quick access. Patients can initiate a secure chat session with your Team and securely upload referrals from their mobile device or desktop.

Referrer Connect

This simple and frictionless process enables your external network (e.g. referrers) to easily communicate with your team without the need for integrations, app installations or account setup. Referrers and your surrounding healthcare network can skip your call queue for decision support or request information on reports, scans, results, or other tech support.
