Cases can be triaged as Normal, High and Urgent.
If activity in Foxo is unactioned for over 30 minutes, notifications will be escalated through the following channels:
🔴 Urgent (Red) SMS sent to team members after 30 mins
NB: If a mobile number hasn't been included Foxo will send an email
⭐ High (Yellow) Email sent to team members after 4 hours
🔵 Normal (Blue) Email sent to team members after 24 hours
