You can customise how and when you receive notifications from each Team in Foxo. This helps you stay updated without being overwhelmed by unnecessary alerts. Your preferences will only apply to your own account.
To access Team Preferences, go to the Team followed by Team Settings (cog icon) in the top right corner. Don't fogert to Save if you have made changes.
Team Notifications (master controls)

Enable browser and app notifications from this Team
Master on/off. Turning this off mutes all notifications from this Team (browser or mobile app). -
Enable sound notifications from this Team
This allows you to mute notifications while still receiving silent notifications.
💡Team toggles override everything below. If “Enable notifications from this Team” is off, no Message/Case/Patient alerts are delivered from this Team.
Team Messaging Activity

Receive notifications for every new message in this Team’s chat. -

Requires a mobile number to be added in your settings. -

Get email notifications summarising any missed Case activity.
