Team Availability (Out-of-Hours Banner)
Define your Team’s operating hours and create an automatic out-of-hours banner so Case senders know when to expect a response.
Team Availability
- Set your Team’s availability to inform Case senders (internal members and gest users) of your operating hours.
- You can define opening hours and create an out-of-hours banner that will display automatically when someone contacts the Team outside of those hours.
This applies to internal users (within an Organisation) and also guest users (e.g. patients and referrers)
👉 Steps
1. Go to the Team's Settings
2. Navigate to the General Tab.
3. Turn the toggle on.
