Locked Account

Unverified accounts will not be able to contact others on the Foxo network. It's important to confirm your email and complete your account setup.


🆘 If you have registered your account and logged in but can’t send any messages, referrals or handovers, please make sure you have confirmed your email. Look for a 'Confirm Email' message from hello@foxo in your inbox.

Foxo is designed for AHPRA registered medical professionals and their administration teams. All users on Foxo must first verify their accounts by activating the email used for registering. 

New users will receive an “Email Confirmation Required” message each time they log in until they verify their account. Unverified accounts will not be able to send or receive messages or patient cards.


👇 Steps

  1. Open the email you used to register your account. You should have received “Confirm Email – Welcome to Foxo from hello@foxo.com
  2. If you can’t find the email, check your spam inbox and update you spam filters
  3. Verify your account by clicking the Confirm my Email tab
  4. Login to Foxo using your newly created username and password
  5. Enable Multi Factor Authentication to secure your account
