Powerlist is a dynamic, visually enhanced, and functionally upgraded version of the traditional Case List of a Foxo Team designed to optimise how you manage, triage, respond to, and monitor incoming Cases.

What is Powerlist?
Powerlist is a significant upgrade to the traditional Case list, transforming it into a dynamic dashboard that provides a comprehensive view of your team's workload. With its spreadsheet-like interface, Powerlist enables you to quickly access and manage Cases using a suite of intuitive tools and fitlers designed for rapid task flow managemen and effective communication orchestration.
Benefits:
Dashboard-Style Interface
Powerlist provides a clear, organised overview of all incoming Cases, similar to a spreadsheet. This visual layout allows for at-a-glance assessment and prioritisation of tasks, helping you manage Cases with greater efficiency.
Quick Navigation and Filtering:
Powerlist makes it easy to navigate between Cases with quick-click functionality, allowing you to move efficiently from one Case to another. Cases can also be organised and filtered by various criteria, making it simple to find specific Cases or review resolved issues.
Enhanced Case Management
Each Case in Powerlist displays essential information such as Case ID, Status, Received Time, Creator, Patient Name, and any optional Labels that can come pre-selected by the Case creator or added by the receiving Team. The interface also supports smart hovers that reveal additional details, enabling quick decision-making without needing to open each Case.
Flexible Integration with External Systems
Powerlist is designed for flexible integration, allowing it to interact seamlessly with external systems such as Intelerad's InteleOrchestrator (IO). For example, Cases can flow directly from IO into Foxo's Powerlist, complete with identifiers like patient name, date of birth, and accession numbers, which can be easily accessed or copied. It is also available in Foxo's MS Teams app.
Team Chat and Activity Log
Foxo's media-rich Team Chat and Activity Log have been moved to the right-hand side of the Powerlist allowing you to communicate in real-time, uploading files and initiating voice and video calls within the Team. All actions taken such as claiming and closing of Cases will be kept in the running activity log.
💡 The core functionality for managing Cases remains the same. When you open a Case, you can claim, action, close, or abandon it. Use the Case chat thread to communicate with the creator, initiate voice or video calls, and access patient information via the Patient Card (if attached).
