Powerlist vs Case Inbox

Foxo offers two display modes for Teams, depending on how the Team primarily operates.

On this page:

1. Task-Focused vs Communication-Focused Teams

2. How to enable Powerlist

1️⃣ Task-Focused Teams (Powerlist View)

Designed for Teams with high Case volume and a focus on rapid task management.

  • The Powerlist is central for managing and monitoring Cases.

  • Team Chat is minimised and accessible on the right-hand side for contextual discussions.

2️⃣ Communication-Focused Teams (Case List)

Ideal for Teams that rely on real-time communication.

  • The Team Chat is the main focus.

  • The Case Inbox appears on the left for quick access to incoming Cases.

What is the difference?

There’s no difference in core functionality - both views allow you to manage and action Cases within a Team.

The key distinction lies in the layout and workflow focus:

Powerlist is a visually enhanced, upgraded version of the traditional Case List. It’s designed for Teams that need to triage, manage, and monitor high volumes of Cases efficiently. With a dynamic, dashboard-like layout, Powerlist supports rapid task flow management and streamlined communication orchestration.
