Organisation Admins can generate and download member activity reports to monitor user engagement, last login activity, and team participation. These reports are available in CSV format from the Organisation Settings.
How to Download the Organisation Report
1. Click on your Organisation
2. Navigate to Settings
π‘Ensure you have Admin permissions to access reports. If you're not an admin, you won't see the Settings menu.
3. Go to the Report tab
4. Click Download (CSV)
Understanding the Report Data
The CSV file includes the following details for each member in your Organisation:
Column Name | Description |
---|---|
Name | Full name of the user |
First Name / Last Name | Separated name fields for easier sorting |
Last Login | The last recorded login date and time |
Active Last Week | Indicates if the user was active in the last 7 days (YES/NO) |
Active Last Month | Indicates if the user was active in the last 30 days (YES/NO) |
Deactivated | Shows whether the user account is deactivated (YES/NO) |
Teams | Lists all Teams the user belongs to |
