How do I reset my password?

If you forgot the password for your Foxo account, you can reset it via the login screen. IMPORTANT: If you sign in with a Microsoft Account, contact your IT support.

⚠️ If the password link fails or you don't receive an email to reset your password, it's likely you login using your Microsoft account and your Organisation uses Active Directory (AD). Please contact your Organisation's IT department if you're unsure. They will be able to provide you with a login link.

For Foxo Native Users (Users who signed up directly with Foxo)

Step 1: Access the login screen and select the "Forgot Password" link.

 

Step 2: Check your email inbox. You should have received an email from hello@foxo.com. Please make sure to check you spam folder too.

Step 3: Click on the Reset Password link provided in the email and enter a new password.
