Downloading Case Metrics as a Team Admin
As an administrator of a Team you can download a CSV file containing the Team's Case metrics.
- Standard Case Metrics = internal Cases
- Guest Case Metrics = Patient or Referrer Connect Cases.
The report allows you to report on information such as:
- Case number
- Case state
- Subject
- Priority
- Creator
- Claimer
- Date Created and Claimed
- Time to Claim
- Time to Close
- and more
