Downloading Case Metrics as a Team Admin

As an administrator of a Team you can download a CSV file containing the Team's Case metrics.

  • Standard Case Metrics = internal Cases
  • Guest Case Metrics = Patient or Referrer Connect Cases. 

The report allows you to report on information such as: 

  • Case number
  • Case state
  • Subject
  • Priority
  • Creator
  • Claimer
  • Date Created and Claimed
  • Time to Claim
  • Time to Close
  • and more
