Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Chrome
Microsoft Edge
- Click the menu button (three dots) in the top-right corner.
- Select Settings → Cookies and site permissions.
- Click Manage and delete cookies and site data.
- Toggle Allow sites to save and read cookie data to On.
- Restart Edge.
- Exit Internet Explorer and restart your browser.
Mozilla Firefox
- Click the menu button

- Select Privacy & Security.
- In the “Browser Privacy” section, select Standard.
Safari (Mac)
- Click Safari > Preferences.
- Click on the Privacy tab.

- Close the Preferences window.
Chrome
Steps are the same for both PC and Mac.
