Enabling Cookies

Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Chrome


Microsoft Edge

  1. Click the menu button (three dots) in the top-right corner.
  2. Select SettingsCookies and site permissions.
  3. Click Manage and delete cookies and site data.
  4. Toggle Allow sites to save and read cookie data to On.
  5. Restart Edge.
  6. Exit Internet Explorer and restart your browser.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Click the menu button.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Select Privacy & Security.
  4. In the “Browser Privacy” section, select Standard.

 

Safari (Mac)

  1. Click Safari Preferences.
  2. Click on the Privacy tab.
  3. In the Cookies and website data section, select Always allow or Allow all cookies.
  4. Close the Preferences window.
 

Chrome

Steps are the same for both PC and Mac.
  1. Click on the Chrome menu button on the browser bar.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Scroll down and click Privacy & Security.
  4. In the Privacy and Security section, click Third-party cookies.
  5. Toggle Allow third-party cookies (recommended).
