Overview of Teams

Foxo Teams are like a structured message threads that are nested within your Organisation. They bring a raft of extra features such as case management and clinical workflows.

💡 What you can do with Teams...

  • Accept inbound Messages and Cases from external sources (non-members of the Team)
  • Manage tasks via Cases
  • Replicate an Organisation structure, i.e. you can create functional units like a clinical team, admin team etc.
  • Communicate and collaborate with colleagues, i.e. Multi-disciplinary Teams

💡 Foxo Tip:

You don't need to be a member of a Team to be able to engage it. Non-members can still engage a Team via the Case workflow and continue the collaboration and communication once the Case has been claimed by one of the Team members.
