Mark as Unread
Need to come back to a message later? You can now mark Messages, Partient Cards and comments in the Case and Team chat as unread.
How to Mark a Message or Patient Card Unread
For Messages or Patient Cards:
- 
Hover over the message or card.
 - 
Click the arrow to expand options.

 - 
Select the “Mark as Unread” icon.

 
For Case & Team Chat:
- 
Open the Case or Team chat.
 - 
Hover over a message or the activity log.
 - 
Click the “Mark as Unread” icon.
 
🔒 Only case creators or claimers can do this.
Good to Know
- 
It won’t track which message or activity log was marked in a Case. It simply flags the whole Case
 - 
Once you mark it unread, you’ll be taken away from the chat (so you don’t instantly re-mark it as read).
